Travel to the northwest most place on the map to find a line of steel drums, one of which periodically rattles. There is a purple potion to be had from the chest near the northwest room. Be sure the Reapling isn't hovering about these halls as you do this.

Now be sure to enter the room from the northern entrance, as the southern entrance is rigged with an unpleasant floor trap. Instead of hurting yourself, follow this order of lever-pulling to access the storage room: 4, 1, 5, 2, 3. Up top, place the crystal into the appropriate round pedestal, which will put out the flames blocking your path to the east. Cut straight through the middle, opening the chest for a round crystal, and take the stairs back up. Fortunately, the spikes have all been disabled, so you're basically home free. Be quick about eliminating Skulltulas on your way to the south stairs, as her crazed shrieking will draw unwanted attention from the Reapling(s).
